Anna Gammill

Anna Gammill, founder of Studio A Pilates, has been in the Health and Fitness industry for 13 years. She has a degree in Exercise Technology from Texas A & M University. She also has obtained a Health Fitness Instructor Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine and a Group Fitness Instructor certification from the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America.

Over the last several years, Anna Gammill also has received numerous Pilates certifications and has incorporated them into her Personal Training program. Her constant pursuit of creative and new exercise techniques allow her to take her clients into a deeper level of fitness.

Opening Studio A Pilates has been a dream of Anna's for many years and she feels so privileged to teach and guide her clients into a new healthier way of living.

     
 

Misty Ort

Misty has been teaching pilates methods for more than 5 years.  She has several pilates and personal training certifications that help her to teach various form of aerobics and conditioning. 

She has great experience in handling clients that are post-rehab as well as the elite athlete.  Her longtime practice and current knowledge enable her to impart the value and self-satisfaction of being fit to all of her clients.

     
 

Kim Childers

Kim Childers received her bachelors and masters degrees in Dance from Sam Houston State University and has doctoral credits in Dance and Biomechanics from Texas Woman's University. She has been teaching and dancing professionally for over 20 years. She was trained in Pilates from Balanced Body while attending college. Since then, Kim has been teaching Pilates throughout Texas and Oklahoma for the past 18 years. When she is not dancing or teaching Pilates, she spends her time with her husband and two sons.

     
 

Kim Hoffman

After graduating from Trinity University with a BA in Physical Education, Health, and Psychology, Kim taught in the public school system for almost 30 years. During this time she found ways to teach using varying methods and now uses those methods to train and teach her clients to a more healthy life. At the age of 19 Kim began her career in fitness and has taught in multiple venues  including Step, Kickboxing, and now Zumba. Pilates has been a passion for the past 7 years utilizing the many certifications in Mat, Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, and props. Pilates has given Kim the strength to continue her personal fitness and she brings this to her clients giving them a sense of empowerment with their bodies.

     
 

Cassandra Mays

Cassandra has a passion for fitness and sharing her expertise and knowledge with others. She has been involved in fitness as an instructor and personal trainer since 1996.  Cassandra earned her BS in Business Management from The University of Tampa.  She also holds group fitness and personal training certifications with the American Counsel on Exercise, Aquatics Exercise Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  She is a Master Trainer for AQX Sports, as an athletic water running specialist, working mostly with competitive triathletes and runners and has a Personal Training Certification on the TRX Suspension Trainer.
