Welcome summer!  The heat is back and we are all trying to find relief!  Take time to get a good workout inside at Studio A Pilates.  We offer over 30 classes a week and continue to add and grow!  Give your Pilates program a jumpstart and add in a new class this summer.   We are constantly making changes to the schedule to keep your metabolism going so you consistently see results.  Let’s work together to get that body in great shape this summer!

New classes:

Teen Pilates Class is back!  We are again offering a 4-week summer Pilates session of classes Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:00 am or 1:00 pm for teens ages 12-18 years old.  Any fitness level is welcome. Pilates can be a great addition to an already active sports or fitness program or for anyone who just needs to get moving.  Cost is $180 for 8 classes running from June 7th thru June 30th.
 
Teen Sports Conditioning Classes:  In addition to the teen Pilates classes, we are also offering a 3-week sports conditioning class for your teen who may not want to do Pilates but needs to stay in shape over the summer and cross-train for their sport.  Using the TRX suspension trainers, spin bikes, and core conditioning exercises, we will keep your teen in tip-top shape this summer so they can go back to practice ready!  These classes will be on Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:00 pm from June 6th thru June 22nd.  Cost is $135 for 6 classes.
Space is limited in both teen sessions, so call or sign up online today!

TRX: We have also added BEGINNER TRX classes to the schedule.  Our already existing TRX classes will now be intermediate.  For those of you are new to the TRX or who have been wanting to try it, a combo Reformer/TRX class is good as well as our new beginner classes.  The new classes will be on Tuesdays at 9:30 am and Wednesdays at 4:00 pm.  Call if you have any questions on which class would be most appropriate for your fitness level.

The Spin bikes are here!  To keep your metabolism up, we will now be hosting Spin/Pilates Combo classes.  This will be a combination of Reformer Pilates with Spinning.  This will be a great way to get your cardiovascular exercise into your workout program without getting out into the heat!  We are starting with our first combo class on Wednesdays at 8:30 and plan to add more.

Policies:
As we are heading into the summer months, please keep in mind your expiration dates on your packages and also remember our cancellation policy.  We understand that you may be travelling and kids are out of school,  but there are PLENTY of classes available throughout the week to help you stay on track if you need to change your schedule.  We don’t want you to lose your sessions over the summer, so let us know if we can help you get your classes in.
