Attire:  Fitted clothes are best for any program offered at Studio A Pilates.  They allow the instructor to see the student’s body position and posture. Socks or bare feet are required for pilates mat/reformer sessions/classes.  If you are participating in a personal training program, consult the instructor on the proper footwear.

Cancellations:  If you need to cancel, your call or e-mail must be received by 5:00 pm the day prior to your scheduled class/session or you will be charged for that session.

Lateness:  If you are late, your session will end on time and you will be charged for the full session. 

Expiration Dates:  Each 12 class or 12 private/semi-private session package expires after 3 months of the start date.  Each 6 class or 6 private/semi-private session package expires after 2 months of the start date.

Cell Phones:  Please have cell phones turned off, unless you are waiting for an emergency call.  In this case, please keep your phone on vibrate with you. If you accept a call, please leave the class to talk.

Refund Policy:  Please purchase carefully as NO REFUNDS are available for any private sessions, classes or gift certificates.

Update your information:  Please keep us up to date concerning the information given on your informed consent form.  For example:  if you have changes in your name, address, phone or e-mail, health or medications, please inform the studio in person.

Cleanliness:  After each class/session, please wipe down the reformers, replace the springs, and return straps to the shoulder posts.
